Rules and sources

Qatar’s ordinary minimum is three weeks of last basic wage per year, with proportional service after the one-year eligibility threshold. UAE ordinary full-time foreign private-sector benefits use 21 days for each of the first five years, then 30 days, with a two-year-wage cap. Special circumstances can change entitlement.
